This rustic home right on Carver's Harbor couldn't put you any closer to the action unless you actually worked on one of the lobster boats moored out in the front yard of this home. With 2 moorings and dock you can sail right up to the front door. The kitchen is well equipt for preparing great lobster feasts and the deck with picnic table and outdoor furniture offers lots of space for outdoor dining. The great room adjacent to the kitchen has a long dining room table, lots of seating in the living room with amazing views of the harbor. There are built in bunks in the living room for overnight guests. The first floor bedroom has a queen size bed and French doors leading out to harbor side. There is a full bath on the first floor.There is also a big outdoor shower off of the deck. Also, an attached shed, decorated with bouys, nets and other nautical items, has a bar for indoor entertaining with easy access to outdoor yard and harborside wharf area. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with 2 twins and TV and harbor view. The 2nd room has a twin, with harbor views on two sides and the 3rd beedroom has a queen bed. This is a great family house in its own harborside neighborhood, close to all the action in town. Easy walk to town or Lane's Island Nature Preserve. Sleeps 6, washer/dryer. $2000/week. $200.00 mooring fee.
