HOME ON CARVER'S POND

This mansard style home sits just 70 feet or so from the large tidal pond just behind the Down Street markets of Vinalhaven. Carver's Harbor feeds the pond twice daily. Five bedrooms provide ample space for a large family with a three quarter bathroom on the first floor and a full bath on the second floor. The large living room looks out over the pond through lots of windows with a door going out to a nice sized deck. Formal dining room seats 6-8 people. There is a small but adequate kitchen, but you'll want to do a lot of your cooking on the grill out on the deck. A first floor bedroom has a full bed. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with another full bed, a small bedroom with a full bed, small room with 2 twin beds and another room with a king. There is an upstairs laundry room. This is an intown property that offers the convenience of walking to town and Lane's Island and our lovely swimming quarries are also close by. There is also a dock for boating and kayaking.
